Do-Not-Call Lists And The Danger Of Pre-Scrubbed Leads

Just because you’ve bought a list of “pre-scrubbed” leads, doesn’t make it legal to call those leads. If the people you telephone are in the do-not-call registry, you could be hit with an $11,000 penalty per call. One company was recently nailed for $770,000.

Whether you’re selling mortgages, insurance, home repairs, or info products, make sure you’re complying with do-not-call laws.
