The Future Of “Do Not Mail” State Laws

Attorney J. Craig Williams makes a strong argument that state “do not mail” laws that are modeled on federal “do not call” will be struck down by the courts as unconstitutional.

Until such a time as these laws are invalidated, however, tread carefully with your online mailings. It doesn’t do your bottom line any good to pay for lawyers to argue the constitutionality of anything in court.
