Proposed Blogging Code of Conduct

Using egregious examples of misbehavior, there are now calls for a bloggers’ code of conduct. Expect to see a code for blogs implemented in the European Union. It is unlikely, due to the First Amendment, that such will become anything but a voluntarily exercise in futility in the United States.
