I wrote about this myself on my blog, but I've seen the fallout this guy has received from the tactic he used (which he changed once customers started shouting at him).

Unfortunately, now some marketers are looking for even more difficult to detect ways to get you to sign up to drip-feed their bank accounts.

I agree with you - if their small print stuff is so good, why isn't it in the big print?</description>
