We have an ongoing American Holocaust.
Do you still want to believe what you? were told about 9/11?
The guilty are busy importing private mercenaries to hide behind.

Help!!!!!
I feel this is a scam. The Montana constitution Article 2, section 32 and 33 prohibits bringing in an army OR a police force without the consent of our legislature. So this is unconstitutional !. We need help in getting our legislators to do their duty.
Thank you

The man you refer to, Michael Hilton, refers to himself as "Captain Michael" from MONTENEGRO in this AP story:

Hardin jail inks contract with California company for inmates, other services
http://www.billingsgazette.com/news/state-and-regional/montana/article_d8ef760a-9e10-11de-8890-001cc4c002e0.html

"In Santa Ana, American Police Force occupies a single suite on the second floor of a two-story office building. During a visit to the location Thursday, a reporter for The Associated Press encountered a uniformed man behind a desk who would identify himself only as 'Captain Michael.'

"The man declined to discuss basic details about the company and referred the reporter to the company's Web site. In a subsequent phone interview, he provided his surname but insisted it not be used because of security concerns. The man said he was a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Montenegro with decades of experience in military and law enforcement operations."

I'm not buying this spin everybody is putting on this story since tonight.

Another thing everyone keeps missing is why was the prison built in the first place? Who paid for it? A company being founded within a year doesn't say much. How long has Xe been around? Everybody knows how these mercenary contractors operate.
