Affiliate Email Disclosure: Free Sample Language

With the new Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines going into effect soon, many Internet marketers want to know how to disclose that links in their e-mails are actually affiliate links. I’ve prepared sample Affiliate E-mail Disclosure Language (PDF file). Feel free to use this language in your emails and share it with friends who are affiliate marketers.

Of course, consult your Internet lawyer if you have specific legal questions. Sample language isn’t a substitute for attorney advice.
