Some Lawyers Claim Internet Infringement Is A Lost Cause

Intellectual property lawyers attending the conference of the Association of National Advertiser’s Law and Business Affairs complained about the futility of trying to stop trademark infringement on the World Wide Web. Some of the attendees recognized, with frustration, that it was impossible to control Internet content.
